Really happy with the service Emma offered. I was previously with a large estate agent, where I felt like one of many on their list. Emma made me feel my house sale was a real priority and gave it a real personal touch. Once the house had sold she kept me informed of what was happening with the sales process too. Fantastic communication, any time if the day. Full and detailed information after each viewing. She went over and above even after the sale completed. Highly recommended.

I knew as soon as I met Emma that she would be easy to communicate with and professional, as well as attentive and helpful, giving her personal attention to everything. Plus her knowledge of the market and advice is excellent, unlike the high street agents who tend to be seriously lacking in all of the above. Emma was always available by email, phone or text and responded quickly with interest and enthusiasm. Also very calm but sympathetic and helpful when I became impatient and annoyed with the other agents involved. I can certainly recommend Emma to everyone without hesitation.
