Both me and my 6 years son love training here. The coaches are extremely professional and friendly. I strongly suggest such a great experience either for the useful martial skills and human growth.

I have had the pleasure of training at Gracie Barra Frome for the past year and it has truly been a life changing experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about each and every student's progress. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive, and I have made so many wonderful friends through training at Gracie Barra Frome. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. I have learned so much about discipline, respect, and perseverance, both on and off the mat. I cannot recommend Gracie Barra Frome enough. Whether you are a beginner or a experienced practitioner, this is the perfect place to train. Both myself and my two daughters train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra Frome. As an adult I can't speak highly enough of the incredibly professional and friendly atmosphere at the club. There's support and positivity and everyone seems to want to help each other - I love it! The kids sessions are the same, albeit the coaches in-still in the kids an ethos of respect, safety and care for those around them at training. The sessions are a mix of self defence, sports and game-play. My girls love it!
