I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for my father recently. You are very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I was so impressed with your whole service but particularly the way you conducted the proceedings yesterday. It has been a very trying time as you know and you have been so kind and helpful from beginning to end. We had a lot of compliments about the ceremony and that is down to you and the vicar. We are very grateful indeed.

I cannot recommend Wayne Kelly Independent Funeral Directors highly enough! Wayne dealt with both the cremation and memorial service for my husband, and the care and dignity given to the whole of my family was second to none. Wayne Kelly suggested ways of celebrating my husbands life, dealt with everything needed and took all the stress and worry of organising everything away from us so that we could grieve for our loss without having to think about arranging orders of service, wreaths, timings, or anything else. As a family we have used other local funeral directors in the past and have been very disappointed with the service given, but with Wayne Kelly everything was perfect.

Through unfortunate circumstance our family had 2 funerals within quick succession. Wayne and his colleagues performed such an excellent service from beginning to end at my Uncles passing, that there was no hesitation in using him again for my Fathers funeral the following month. The process is never going to be something you can enjoy, but you hope that everything can be smooth, dignified and compassionate, which Wayne manages faultlessly. Thank you for your assistance and care through such a challenging couple of months.
