Sadly I am in the same position. Paid upfront for a package of treatments .Only received 2 before being emailed to be told she was ceasing trading. No communication since. No information from insolvancey yet as B has not completed her paperwork. Left very out of pocket. Needing to start treatments from the beginning and no money to pay for it with. Very rude. Could at least keep us updated with how far through process of insolvancey she is. Obviously doesn't care about her customers.

I would not give this any stars if I could. I am most upset with the way I have been treated and have no way of contacting the owner to get a refund. I decided to get laser hair removal done here as it was something I wanted to do for a long time and I wanted to treat myself as I had been suffering with a very painful medical condition. I paid upfront (mistake) for a series of 6 treatments in different areas. These were to be done from April to November this year. I had my first 3 cancelled and so asked for a refund which was refused. I then decided to carry on but loads of my appointments kept getting cancelled and rearranged meaningmi lost income from taking time outoof work or losing holiday. Then the place shutdown in October and I was told that people would be in touch about refunds. No one has been in touch and also any treatment I did receive is now no good as I needed to keep it going to capture all hair growth. It cost a lot of money and I paid through PayPal where I am trying to get them to help me at least get some money back. I don't know whether PayPal will help though. Big lesson learned!

YOU HAVE TO GET THIS LOVELY LADY TO DO YOUR NAILS!!! B has done my nails every 3/4 weeks for almost 2 years now, and I would not trust anyone else. Her Nail Art skills are like nothing I have ever seen, and she is always adding new colours and ideas to her collection. She is warm and welcoming, and if she thinks something won't suit you, she'll say, and then recommend something else. I have also had my lashes permed and tinted, and WOW! It might be a bit stinky while it's being done, but the results are worth it. B has gone very quickly from being my Nail Tech to being one of my closest friends.
