Jcm building and fencing

Very happy with our fence in the end but we did have issues; Jason who we first spoke to was lovely. he understood we wanted to keep as much of the wildness of our garden as possible. He agreed they would only take out the necessary trees, and suggested hedgehog holes for the bottom of the fence which we happily agreed to. However, on the day they were to arrive they got here earlier than stated. I arrived at the time they said they would and they were already cutting down trees and clearing out bushes from the middle of our garden that didn't need to be touched. Jason was not part of the team that put up our fence. I don't know if there was a communication issue or something, but they didn't seem to be aware that we were wanting to protect as much wildlife as possible and cleared /chopped down a lot of trees and bushes that were nowhere near the fence line. They also had no idea that we were wanting hedgehog holes. As they were leaving they tried to take the temporary metal fencing that we had. We had to physically stop them from taking hundreds of pounds worth of new galvanised mesh. After they had left we also became aware that some things had vanished from our garden ; some decorative items that I'm assuming got broken and/or thrown away. And the brand new metal posts that held the temporary galvanised fencing in place. I tried to chase this up with Jason asking if the posts had got mixed in with their tools (since they'd tried to take the fencing too it seemed deliberate but I'm giving them the benefit.) he said he was away for the week and would check when he got back but never got back to me. The fence is great, but I wouldn't recommend unless you can keep an eye on what they're doing. Services: Dog fence installation, Fence installation, Wood fence installation
