Great place for dog training. Claire and Dave give one on one help with any issue in classes with plenty of advice on correcting issues and products best suited for your dog.

Our rescue Luna stayed for the three week residential course to help with her social skills and lead walking. Since her return we have continued to go to follow on lessons and she recently was awarded her bronze, good citizen award. There is still some way to go, but the support and encouragement that Clare and team have given is great. We can see improvements, and are more aware of how to positively teach Luna. Thank you!

We collected Mabel and Bruce today after a 3 week residency. Clare and her family have done a wonderful job at looking after them and both dogs were clearly very happy and well looked after. They have done an outstanding job with the training. We both worked them for an hour or so in their field and was amazing to see the change. Both dogs were very alert, disciplined and attentive to their handlers. It gave us the confidence that we can easily manage the continuation training. Clare and Dad gave my wife and I very good instructions on what to do and behaviours to avoid but more importantly the why. They have given our dogs and us handlers the foundation we wanted from the course to be able to work through Clares Leadership programme which is well laid out and progressive. Clare said if there were any further questions or concerns to call or send her videos and shed be happy to help and guide us which we found very reassuring. An outstanding service and highly recommended. Allen and Nicky.

As first-time dog-owners with a Vizsla pup, we absolutely had our hands full. Despite our initial research and investigations, it turned out we had chosen a somewhat more complex breed than we expected! At 6 months we were struggling with a range of challenges including constant insanity in the house, seemingly quite extreme puppy biting, not listening, not walking nicely on the lead and various other issues. It had become so challenging that we had really begun to question whether wed made the right choice, however before making any rash decisions we wanted to exhaust all options. Clare and the Waggy Tails team came comprehensively to our rescue! We dropped off our little Luca at Waggy tails where we could immediately see she would have acres and acres of land to play and tear about in, and that she would be well looked after within Clares home as opposed to some outdoor kennels. Three weeks later we returned to pick her up and it was immediately obvious that something was different. Once Luca had settled back in at home, she was absolutely calmer already. She had stopped counter surfing, jumping on the furniture and appeared to have lost interest in trying to go upstairs where shes not allowed. Clare gave us a leadership program which amounts to a comprehensive guide on how to continue the ongoing work that Waggy Tails started, so weve been sticking to that and can see week-on-week that Luca is improving nicely! On top of this, Clare has been great with the after-care which in her own words, will carry on indefinitely until we simply dont need it. Shes fabulous at giving us feedback on our Whatsapp videos showing her how were implementing the training, plus answering our many questions! In a nutshell, Waggy Tails have essentially enabled us to allow Luca to show us what a frankly beautiful dog she really is and as such we are eternally grateful. Regardless of cost, this training has been some of the best value we could have hoped to receive. Thank you so much Clare and co!

Unfortunately, the training did not work for our dog. She was reactive with other dogs and after 3 weeks staying at Waggy Tail, she returned home with the same behavior as she left. We tried to continue the training but once she was returned back to us, we had one 20 min phone call with the trainer that covered our next steps for week 1. We tried to maintain contact with the training team (using whatsapp messages, email, phone calls, and texts) but they never responded. I asked for a refund prior to this review but also never heard back from them. I'm sure other people have seen a lot of success sending their dogs to be rehabilitated at this place but that was not our experience.
