I am absolutely disgusted at the blunt phone call i have just received from Coastline vets We have been coming to you with our dog Jaxson since he was a puppy for which we have been told with his health issues that there is nothing that can be done to fix his elbows and all you could do was keep him on anti inflammatories until the time came to put him to sleep. We went for a second opinion at another practise because we want to be able try and offer our dog a better outcome to his life, which was a one off and we were planning on continuing on getting Jaxson seen with you in the future. In the past we been happy with the service received at your practice but because we went for a opinion elsewhere we have now been told that our Jaxson cannot been seen by your practise anymore! And might i add in a very abrupt rude manner. Absolutely awful way for a business to treat a customer after all the times we have been to see you

very small and enclosed not the nicest establishment it doesnt feel like nothings been updated its very old the receptionists arent very professional the vets seem new like they are learning i just dont feel welcomed in this place the receptionists act like we are an annoyance to their day, when they are finished with signing u in they go back to talking about their loves woth each other like a couple of friends they are unproffessional everytime i go in there
