        How am I supposed to even use this when they're only open for 2 hours in the early morning, some people actually have to work and can't do much when the people that decided the opening times are challenged

        Always helpful and a pleasure to speak to, really polite and belive it or not, they smile! More than can be said for many other companies.. Keep it up guys! It doesn't go un-noticed!

        Beccles postal service I have no complaint, it is punctual and staff are polite. However I wish they would for one moment switch off autopilot. A while ago our dogs were snatching the post [and papers] the moment they appeared through the letter box. So I mounted on the wall, not 2 feet away, a black metal post-box with POST written on it. The house is white so it didn't blend in. They continued to use the letter-box until put a note saying not to use it. A few days ago I added a label to the post box on the wall saying No "Free Papers / No Junk Mail". Today the BT leaflet and Domino Pizza ad have gone straight in the bin...
