For several years Iain has carried out work for us, from installing a new bath and boiler to renovating our downstairs loo plus many other tasks in between. Iain is friendly, hugely obliging, very professional and the work is first class. He also seems to find the answer to everything. Other members of our family use Iains services and we all would recommend him unconditionally. Put simply Iain delivers all he promises. Ian is a genuinely decent and professional plumber. When a fault occured with my boiler I did what most people do - ring around everyone within 100 miles of them hoping that someone will be available within the next year. Unfortunately for Ian by the time I got to him it was late, so I thought I'd pop a text over instead of a late night call; he replied! After a few questions about the issue he confirmed that he wouldn't be able to fix it as I have an oil-fired boiler; BUT he would get in touch with someone that he knew could fix it. The next morning, Ian rang to explain his contact was awaiting my call to run through everything. The rest, as they say, will soon be history! Howver, how many tradespeople will do that for you? I've never had such a good response/experience from any tradesperson who actually didn't do a paid job for me. Cannot recommend Ian highly enough - thoroughly decent guy, and I don't doubt his workmanship is of the same quality.
