St Georges Care Home

I would highly recommend St George's Care Home. My Nanny has been there for a few years now and they take such excellent care of her. Care homes look after their residents but that doesn't always necessarily mean the people who work there are caring - that is NOT the case here. The team there are just so kind, helpful and lovely. Whenever I call or have visited they have also been superb. Huge thanks to Jane, Debbie and Joy (I am sure there are numerous others huge thank you to you all) for looking after my Nanny, E Page, so well. You are all superstars. Alana x

I worked here two years ago and the place needed work, not the staff or the quality of care but the home. And wow, what a difference two years has made. The entire home has been redecorated and updated since and is so much better. The home is fresh, welcoming and clean. The decor is beautiful with some real attention to detail, its had new furniture, new TV, and even the garden has been re done to a high standard. I've worked in many different care homes, all ranging in needs and quality and St Georges is one of the most improved ive seen, especially in such short a time. Care homes are constantly understaffed and underfunded and seeing one improve and blossom so much is wonderful to witness first hand. This home should be proud of how far its come. And best of all, the staff actually care for the people they look after and treat them as people with dignity and respect.

Good caring and the food is excellent. My mum has settled really well and loves it there, I can't fault it
