        Right from the start of the selling process, this team have been the best team I have ever worked with. From Oli initially coming to value to house and assist us with that to then working with Maya and Jacob on the whole sale it has been as seamless as they could make it. Maya has been so patient and never pushy unlike how I know other estate agents can be! Shes always been quick to respond and assist us with any queries we had. Jacob has been amazing chasing the sale and making sure we had all our ducks in a row. Nothing was ever too much of an ask for Jacob. I truly could not recommend this team highly enough and rave about them to any of my friends if they even hint at putting their house on the market ! You all are phenomenal at your jobs and are the best in Beccles by a long stretch! All the best, Poppy & Richard
