I used this business to replace the rear bumper on my Astra after getting involved in an RTC recently and honestly I can't fault them at all. I was in communication with Gus at CarCom and I was frequently kept updated on the arrival of parts and how they were getting on. Cost was a big factor for me as well, as my savings were a bit tight, and Gus was even able to make it a bit cheaper for me. As I no longer live locally I also needed my car back relatively quickly, and in end the car was sorted the day after I had dropped it off. From my personal experience they do seem like they really care and the quality of the repair is top notch as well, as shown in the before and after photos.
