        The staff here don't have a clue how to do their job or how to help. They're system is a complete mess. There's so much hassle, and no understanding. My coaches keep changing which is very frustrating as I don't like having to explain my situation 6 times over and over to different people. Constantly repeating myself to them. I do not recommend this job centre.

        I have been under the Universal Credit for over two years, I have had two work couches who are not only rude, but don't bother to responded to your messages, do nothing to try to get into work or do any course, are extremely patronizing and basically do nothing for you they just twiddle their thumbs, the only good thing about being on with them is that I get free medication from the NHS.

        This JobCentre and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They have been nothing but understanding and helpful and genuinely care about helping me to get back into work during a difficult time. I have been pointed to some really good resources and tools that have been particularly helpful. I have had experience with another JobCentre in Durham which was negative. The difference between these two is night and day. I'm not sure why it has been so different but I cannot more highly commend the staff here, everyone from the security outside to my work coach has been lovely.
