        Aesthetically picturesque homes. However lack of attention to detail when the homes are signed off, terrible follow up customer service (don't be misled by the brilliant service when buying a house), bodge repairs by their "snagging expert" leave a whole lot to be desired. The experience wouldn't be half as regrettable if the management, employees and contractors actually cared about their customers. However they don't, not a shred. They care only about selling homes, period. After that, good luck , as you'll need it if you purchase a Cripps home . Never again would I buy or recommend a Cripps home to anyone. I would rate zero stars if I could.
