John was recommended to me by a friend when I thought I needed to buy a new laptop 3 years ago. John suggested upgrading my existing one instead. I took his advice and have been very happy with it. Everything worked fine until I tried to change my email settings as recently directed by TalkTalk. Outlook would not open, I had to go online to get my emails. 2 lengthy phone calls to TalkTalk could not resolve the problems it caused . I called John, he remembered me and patiently talked me through it all and solved the problem remotely in less than half an hour. He is so friendly and reassuring. I cannot praise him highly enough.

John came out at 19:30 last night to fix my IT issue. Great response, professional and good vlaue. John said people 'never' leave him reviews on Google ... so there you go. I found Digits ICT Solutions an excellent and responsive company. They solved and improved my internet speed and I now have coverage throughout the house & much of the garden.
