Id give Edge 11 stars if I could ! Been using them since they opened for Observatory The Opticians in town and other Suffolk branches . We have had probably 30 PCs at least over that time. As opticians we have a contract with the NHS which demands we can guarantee continuous access to data , and are as cyber secure as your GP or Hospital . We really need reliability . We used Dell and other local people before and I have never had the service , the knowledge and expertise and reliability as we get with Edge . Beccles is a wonderful town with great, and expert, local retailers and Edge sets the bar high for all of us .

Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest . For a small business, they do as well as can reasonably be expected and possibly a little bit better.

I rarely review firms but everything written about these guys is spot on. Very customer orientated, helpful, offering good advice and they were not out to take advantage of a hapless situation when repairs are required as happened on my aging computer. Everything was quickly and calmly sorted out without hassle. Using them again will be a no-brainer.

We have been customers for years but this week due to a health situation urgently needed a smart TV and headphones (and a WiFi issue sorted out) so it could be used by someone confined to bed. David and Lauren came through brilliantly, everything done with total professionalism and speed and as always a pleasure to deal with. Beccles is lucky to have Edge. Thank you both!
