We bought the car in may 2022 because we needed a larger car urgently, we were looked very well. This week the car went in for its first service, as my wife was ill they drove 20 miles to collect it, did the service and returned the car that day alot cleaner than it went in. A video of the free safety check was sent which was interesting, we don't normally see the underside of the car. The car was delivered back courteously and to plan. Very happy with the service.

We had dealings with several members of staff at the Beccles branch and we found them all polite and helpful. Our car was booked in within a couple of days, and then was repaired within that day. The day after the repair we received a courtesy call to ensure we were happy. We found the staff polite and the service exemplary and would recommend Thurlow Nunn at Beccles.

Made a distant purchase as the car I was interested in was in stock at this location. The service received through the sale was as good as it gets and a very easy process minus a set back in preparation for delivery. Once purchased the issues started with the engine warning light appearing in just 2 weeks, along with 2 other faults. On reporting these issues I was advised to have the fault diagnosed by a main dealer due to work already carried out. Faults were confirmed with a repair quote in the region of 700. 4 months later my faults are still present due to no assistance at all from the dealership due to an aftercare warranty being in place. I am greatly unhappy as the warrant has an extremely low labour rate which would leave my significantly out of pocket immediately after the purchase of my car. Standard larger dealership with a none existent after care.
