no ice in the lemonade?.. expect a warm flat drink. Gammon Steak 13. Onion Rings are deep fried.. that's it, no breading, no batter. The mushrooms "present", chips look great, taste great, but the texture is unsatisfactory. The chip interior is too uniform and thirst provoking. The peas looked great but tasted like 200% peas, imagine if someone turned up the flavour to no.11 greeeeeen. I couldn't eat them. The Gammon steak.., well a salty rubber with chewy bits, so "par" for a pub lunch. Table sticky (all pubs in England, maybe the world) oh and the smell of something burnt but no one else would acknowledge in the room.
