It's as if they have no receptionists. You can be first in the queue for your entire phone call and nobody picks up. After 15 minutes the phone call ends. Honestly a joke.

I have been really pleased with the surgery in the last few weeks. Despite, I am sure being extremely busy, they have taken the time to contact me twice and update me on my query. I also received an email from the GP with regards to this. The staff who contacted me were friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. I have been really impressed with the service I received.

Possibly the worst surgery around. The receptionist is incredibly rude and could do with some training in how to speak to patients.

They refused even to listen to my wife's chest when a nasty cough went on for 6 weeks, getting worse. Had to go private in the end - she was immediately administered antibiotics for a chest infection. The doctor could not believe she had not been seen. Receptionists appear to be in training for Putin's next gulag. Avoid unless desperate - even then be prepared to have to look after yourself. No wonder A&E is so full.

This surgery is one of the worst surgeries I have ever come across, I'm writing on behalf of my parents who both use it. Almost every single time they go to get their prescriptions it is either lost of they do not fulfill it properly. The queues and wait times are beyond ridiculous, it can take well over six weeks to get an appoinment. The treatment is not much better, although most of the NHS isn't particularly good regardless! In a recent attempt by my mum to get an appointment re. possible skin infection, they asked if she could just send A PICTURE in for them!! This is the worst service I have ever come across, and to ask for a picture rather than just book an appointment for someone who is in a more vulnerable age bracket, strikes me as negligence. The management here needs a complete overhaul, they also need to employ some people who can actually work their computer system, it's shamefully bad. If you are looking to sign up here, you have been warned!!
