You've kept us informed with developments and progress along the way with the sale and purchase of our properties. We have recently sold a property in Beaminster. From the outset Caroline and her team were professional and proactive. Most importantly for us understood the need to sell the property quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Very pleased with the friendly and efficient manner that our sale was dealt with. We would not hesitate to use Symonds and Sampson again.

We have just moved into our new house and we were really happy with the service from Matthew at the Beaminster office. From our first meeting with him he understood what we were looking for, showed us suitable properties and arranged very prompt viewings and kept us in the loop all the way and helped us secure our dream home. Would definitely use Symonds & Sampson again...although have now plans to move from this one for quite a while!
