Rooms: The lounge area had enough seating for everyone, as did the kitchen. The sunroom was a nice little area for 2. Nearby activities: There's water sports available on the beach. Walkability: The beach was 2 mins walk. An eatery called The Landing was same distance, great for breakfast, lunch dinner or just coffee & cake or a cold beer.
