We used Class Above Cars for our wedding on the 19th November 2022. We would recommend their service - the cars were exceptionally well presented and the drivers were really friendly. Correspondence beforehand was good - I sent a long email with specific details about the size of cars needed, locations and times - however, unfortunately on the day, despite clear instructions, the cars arrived at the wrong location at the wrong time. Having said that - it didn't spoil our day and was very quickly rectified and all went smoothly and we were't charged for this as they realised it was their mistake.

I made a mistake and booked a car from the wrong city. The dispatcher was very polite and let me know that I may get quicker service by booking a more local taxi. I haven't used their services yet, but their customer service is 10/10. I'll make sure to use their services when I can. :)
