How bad can it be? Terrible! So far it's been 35 mins to wait for 2 takeaway panini's when there's hardly anyone in the place. There is a very angry man making the hot drinks who's providing us some sort of entertainment which earned the 1 star for this establishment. No comment on how the food tastes yet as we're still waiting

This has place has gone from bad to worse over the last few years. I thought Id give this place another go, went in for breakfast and tried the healthy breakfast. Also ordered 2 cappuccinos and some water, sounds straight forward? 20m later we get the poached eggs on toast, with some scraps of what looked like and tasted like some old mouldy salad which didnt go at all. Furthermore the toast and beans were luke warm. Struggled to get some water, even that tasted off! Cappuccinos were very average, I aint coming back

Went in for lunch today, ordered sandwiches which come with fries. Waited at least 20minutes then enquired about the wait - was told it was too busy. Eventually after pressing we were told it was sorted - in the end we got a refund and left without food. Sullen service all round, tables not cleaned or with cutlery despite many staff there. Staff even scraping dirty plates at the table with customers still sat there! Very bad atmosphere all round and not even an apology.

Sadly big decline in service and quality-its a shame but after visiting many times over the years will not return
