Lovely meal- always a good standard with Miller & Carter. Not been since before covid but just as good as its always been!

This particular branch has been getting worse and worse for sometime, with this being the 3rd (and final) time that something is massively wrong. Which is a shame as we used to love M&C. After being walked around the whole restaurant with our baby, looking for a table, as the server clearly didnt have a table plan, we were put in a quiet corner. He asked us before we had even sat down did we want to order drinks, we asked could we have a minute to look at the menu. He said hell pop back. He then informed us before leaving that it was only the 3 course set menu today, which given it was a bank holiday seemed strange. 30 minutes later and no one had been to see us at all. So we stood up and walked out, with the lad seemingly surprised and the manager too busy having a meeting with another employee on the table next to him. This place for the last 3 visits has constantly been under staffed, had slow service, had missing menu items or poor quality of food. Would recommend using another branch or Prime if wanting to stay in the area.
