Studio Physique

I have participated in Abby's classes at Studio Physique for over year. The sessions always start promptly, are fun, help keep you fit and also unwind at the end of a long day at work. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Fantastic workout that really pushed me to my limits. Would highly recommend. (Be sure to take an isotonic drink to replenish)

I am more than happy to give Studio Physique 5 stars and Abby 5 + stars I first went for a Reformer session shortly after the studio opened to help my back and I am now doing barre and adult ballet classes, my core strength and general all round fitness has vastly improved which is fantastic. Abby is a fabulous teacher which makes each class hard work but also fun, no pain no gain

Having recently moved to the area I was thrilled to discover Studio Physique! The Barre classes are invigorating, challenging and lots of fun and I'm so grateful to be a part of what Abby has created. Her warmth, skill and professionalism are a delight, and the studio is light-filled and beautifully resourced. Couldn't recommend it more.

I became severely unwell with Covid 9.5 months ago, which caused devestating and lasting effects. As a result I was no longer able to do any of the things I was one capable of. I am so glad I signed up for a pilates course at Studio Physique, as Abby has really helped me gain strength and confidence each week. My posture, strength and walking is gradually improving, and it's so much better than the physiotherapy sessions I have been given on the NHS. I am looking forward to seeing the ongoing results. I would highly recommend this for rehab, and not just fitness / wellbeing.
