        Lovely studio with great equipment and a full instructor. Its easy to follow the video instructions, and it gives you a great all round workout. I signed up for the introductory course of three lessons, but Im having huge problems booking sessions online as it doesnt recognise me! I tried ringing to book and just get an answering machine, so I think improvements need to be made in this area. I know new places always have teething problems, but thought I should point this out in the hope that things change. I would have given it five stars if it wasnt for this!!

        Game changing concept. Sessions run all day so you can work out when you want, the expert instructors are so friendly and you walk out feeling longer, stronger and like youve shown your body some love
