I have been having trouble for over 2 years on and off with a shoulder injury. Having tried many different therapists and some which worked but only short term, I decided that i would try Bowen Therapy by Barbara Zair. I didn't know much about this therapy but this lady has the magic touch. When i arrived I couldn't lift my arm further than 45 degrees and 45 minutes later i was able to lift my arm above my head - pain free. I also hadn't realised how tight my neck was due to the shoulder pain and i can now move my neck much better. Barbara is so welcoming, calm and relaxed with passion for her job, which shines through. She spent time asking about my injury and working out where i needed to be corrected in my body. Would Highly Recommend.

I went to see Barbara with excruciating pain in my shoulder and not being able to move it at all for several days. After a trip to A&E a lovely GP recommended her and also gave me some mega strong pain killers which didn't agree with me so Barbara was a desperate call. After my first session I began to feel tingling in my shoulder and within 48 hours had mobility again with a huge decrease in pain. Within a few weeks my shoulder was pain free and totally un unfrozen. I think I had 3 sessions with her in total. I would 100% recommend her, I still cannot beleive that she managed to get me not only moving again, but pain free. Totally brilliant.
