The pharmacist at Lloyds Beaconsfield is the kindest man I know. After a day of disappointing NHS disorganized treatment, the Lloyds pharmacist brought my urgent medication to my home late at night. Without this act of kindness I really don't think I would have survived in one piece. Thank you so much for your intervention.

We had a such shocking experience with this pharmacy. There was no service at all. We had to visit this pharmacy THREE times to get the medicine that was ordered the day before. They have told us twice they dont have the medicine although it was a pre-order and there was no communication between staff. The staff member told me that she was not working yesterday hence didnt know anything about it. When we requested the staff member to check whether the item has been ordered, she did not even try to find out the information and just simply refused. After first 2 attempts we were on our way to other chemists to see if they have any stock for this medicine. Then we had a call from this pharmacy and guess what? They found the medicine that was ordered the day before and it was put in the wrong session, so we had to go back the 3rd time to collect it. What a joke! I rarely give negative review but the experience was so poor and I felt I had to say something.
