Hamptons nearly scored 5 stars and the service was generally first rate. The company, particularly, our main contact Eddie, put a lot of time and energy into ensuring that the house was set up correctly and that all the paperwork they needed from us was outlined clearly and in full. They also found a tenant very quickly and we really appreciate that. We only scored them 4 stars because we had to deal with several different people at Hamptons and internal communication wasn't always effective. Consequently, we sometimes had to explain some things more than once and, on occasion, were sent information that was out of date. That said, the staff was extremely thorough, offered very helpful advice and we would be very likely to use Hamptons again in the future.

I have just rented a beautiful cottage through Hamptons in Beaconsfield. Charlotte Rose looked after the transaction throughout and she was absolutely brilliant. Both professional and friendly, she was always on hand for any advice I needed and really did go the extra mile to ensure that the transaction progressed seamlessly. Thank you Charlotte!

Renters and buyers BEWARE, Nicola at Hamptons Beaconsfield is a compulsive liar and even gets her staff to lie, not a trustworthy company at all, an internal complaint was made however this was just a poor apology from their regional director Adam DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

We received fantastic service from the lettings team - especially from Nicola and Jacqui. We were so impressed by every step of the process; they understood the value of our property, shared their knowledge and advised accordingly and their communication was excellent throughout. They have a lovely, approachable manner that meant we always felt listened to and part of the process. Thank you!
