        My experience at this store can be hit-or- miss. Sometimes they are lovely, attentive, welcoming. Other times they can be quite cold. Please work on this so that all your staff get the praise they deserve. Last time I went in, the staff member was incredibly helpful, but this was slightly marred by the poor service I have had in the past.

        I have always had a good experience at the Beaconsfield Space NK, staff helpful and always happy to help with my many questions! On my last visit Tillys level of customer service was exceptional. I shall be a regular here.

        For a shop that sells such lovely products the level of customer service is absolutely shocking. I went in there today looking to stock up on a number of items however in an empty shop I was ignored by all sales assistants who were more interested in chatting amongst themselves and looking through paperwork. I was in the shop browsing for at least 5 minutes without even an acknowledgement so I ended up walking out. Space NK really need focus on staff training.
