As an NHS worker the past year has been extremely tough, I took an unexpected deterioration in my mental health that I could not get on top of. I started working with Deb through the duty of care and it has changed my life for the better. With her help iv been able to get a better understanding of what Iv been going through and she has helped me build techniques that have taught me how to cope and allowed me to live again. She is such a warm person that made me feel at ease very quickly. I can not thank her enough for all her help.

Can't thank or recommend Deb highly enough, for all the work and support she has provided. Deb takes time to really listen to you, and then actively works with you using exercises, tools and techniques to help you move forward. She takes the time to explain what's happening physiologically, and relates these back to how a technique or exercise can help counteract these responses, which I have found extremely powerful.
