Nobilis Care - Beaconsfield

We used universal care to help look after my grandad whilst my granny was away. We had a Live In carer booked for a couple of days who was absolutely fantastic! My grandad was a little unsure about having care as he is very independent, but universal care were very understanding and matched him with a carer who shared his interests and was able to put all of our minds at ease. We liked them so much that we now have their daily carers visit a few times a week to help with bits and pieces around the house. All staff are very friendly and are able to change things to suit our needs - would definitely recommend them to others!

I cant speak highly enough of the care that the staff gave to my husband during the last 18 months of his life when he was deteriorating with Parkinsons, Everyone who came to our home was professional, kind and considerate and did everything to make to my husband comfortable and relaxed. I am extremely grateful to all of them.
