Trademyland

From the very start, having received an unsolicited flyer, we have had nothing but the highest levels of service and satisfaction from our dealings with "Tademyland". It was clear from the start that Chris was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of selling and buying land for development. He introduced us to various options and walked us through each one, making sure we understood each thoroughly. Now having signed an Option Agreement we have a wonderful team to realise our wishes for the future, thanks in part to Chris's safe pair of hands.

We are delighted to be part of the Trademyland network. As a start it is an incredibly smart concept and already has a strong following, both from developers and landowners who are then effectively introduced. Introductions are regular, which is to be expected, but they are of a good calibre and what becomes clear from the outset is that landowners trust Chris implicitly, and rightly so. Chris is both likeable and trustworthy whilst being extremely knowledgable and professional. An impressive mix and I am sure it won't be long before Latchmere does its first "deal" with one of Chris landowners.
