100% recommend Fit Works. The best in the area (High Wycombe). Hannah and Pippa are exceptional. They know their stuff, are friendly and fun. Trainning has been a pleasure and I actually enjoy getting fit again. They have also helped with a corporate package for my company and have got my team active.
