As a resident renting in the nearby town of Gerrards Cross and looking to buy and having registered with all the estate agents, I struggled to find and secure a house and for them to take my offer seriously. I heard about Sharon and her company Chiltern ReLocation through my solicitor after I finally found a place in Beaconsfield but still decided to contact her to ask her for some advice. Sharon offered me a helping hand straight away without any hesitation with her knowledge of the right house price, how to approach the agents, her negotiating skills. With her research value of what houses are worth and what is available and what could be coming up, and whether the house would work for me. I was amazed to learn that Sharon is so well connected with the estate agents, tradespeople, solicitors, and surveyors that she recommended. She is so professional, calm, considerate, approachable and prompt at getting back to you but what impressed me most is that she really knows her stuff. Sharon is so well researched that she knows what houses are coming up before they hit the market and she will even view the property first. More importantly, she listens to the client's needs and is not pushy. I had already told Sharon that I was going to hire her if my offer wasn't going to be accepted because having met Sharon, I had no doubt that she would find me my perfect house with my price budget and her fee would be worth paying as I wouldn't have the stress of dealing with the agents! Im very thankful to her and its a no brainer to go with Sharon!
