        If there was a zero, that's what I would give to this place. I selected the most senior person: Adrian for a haircut and blowdry because I had very long hair and wanted a great haircut for an event. Instead, he cut my hair much shorter than agreed, combed it really bad such that 100's of strands got stuck in his comb, and the cut was at best, what an entry level person would cut. The blowdry was ridiculous - I had flat hair in an hour because he took large sections and was done in 5 minutes! All in all, what a disappointing haircut for which I have to pay more and go to another place for a 'chic' haircut which I wanted in the first place! The only consolation I have is my hair will grow back. I have come here before and Shannon did my hair - terrible experience there as well. I've been going to Toni & Guy for 12 years in 4 different countries and have always left satisfied. What a disappointing experience at Beaconsfield.
