        No one in this store understands customer services. The staff also lie to customers and to their fellow Sainsburys staff. Really poor. Quite sad as well. Put the ego to the V side lads. The Argos policy is to accept returns and refunds at any branch. This one just picks and chooses who to reject when they like. Even their own head office told them to accept the return and they refused like they are a law onto themselves. Disgusting.
