This place really has come a long way over the past few years. Great staff that provide high quality care and act in a professional manner. They cleanliness of the place is 5*!!

The only reason I gave this hell hole a one star is so as I can advise other parents not to use this unit for your loved one as there is a lack of care from 90%of the staff and the staff that do their job properly get penalised and moved around to other units. You may be looking at my comments and thinking yeah yeah please don't as I am a parent of a severely disabled child and I trusted seeleys with my son for one yr and in that time there was constant phone calls calling me to the unit. Staff were very rude and very uncooperative when being asked direct questions relating to the care of my son. The situation got so bad that I HAD TO get the safe guarding team from social care involved. There report was that seeleys have failed in there duty of care to my son. This report comes less than a yr after they were forced to close their doors by the cqc to sort out the issues that were raised by the care quality commission. The whole unit needs to be completely refurbished and have a complete change of managers to people that don't just look at your loved ones as a pay packet. I will finish with a very high recommendations not to put your loved ones here.
