The House of Klamer

Ive had my hair done a couple of times at House of Klamer and each time was a lovely experience. You are greeted at the reception and then sat down with your stylist. Evie did my hair and Im in love with it, she talked me through the process so I knew exactly what was happening and how it would look. Em blow dried and washed my hair which was lovely and very relaxing. I was also offered a tea when I was sat getting my hair done which was made for me. I will definitely be coming back for more because it was a great experience! Thank you ladies :) Services: Curly hair, Blowdry, Hair coloring

I made an appointment today 18/10/22 at 6.30pm.. I normally saw Hannah B but was told she was on maternity leave. I booked the appointment anyway knowing I would see another hairdresser for my highlights. I turned up this evening and saw a girl on a chair outside the salon. The salon was closed. I said to the girl I had an appointment this evening for highlights. She saidsorry, your booking was for Thursday. When I made the booking, I couldnt make Thursday as I am due at a funeral, my mothers, on Thursday. That was why I made the booking for this evening. I will never book there again. They have totally made a terrible month a nightmare

Louise did a wonderful job of colouring my hair and then cut and styled to suit my face. The whole team are friendly. The salon is bright, contemporary and airy. Great service, very happy with hairstyle, will return again.

I recently had my hair done here by an artistic director (11/02/2023), a colour and cut. My consultation seemed okay but oh how I was mistaken for the actual appointment. Number 1 it was cold in the salon. The colour is not as light as a I wanted but that is not the end of the world. However the cut which was meant to be a blunt bob is awful. When I got home and brushed it I saw the damage. I have photos. I asked for a refund for just the cut which I do not think is an unreasonable request considering it is not what I ask for. However apparently that is not in their policy. I will never go back. So disappointed. I went to another salon the next day in hope to rectify it and they were shocked and were surprised that House of Klamer allowed me to leave the salon in this state. Still waiting to get it sorted.
