        Terrible experience. Just walked in to check out hair ponytails and the sales assistant followed me round the store when I told her I didnt need any help as I have purchased many many wigs, I love wigs. I found the service extremely rude. Because I politely let the assistant know I didnt need her help, she walked to another assistant and I saw them in the mirror looking up and down at me in disgust and it made me feel really inadequate even being there. In fact, Im really upset. Not sure why they both had to judge me when I was polite?? Who do they think they are? When I turned around as I saw them grunting about me in the mirror, they both suddenly smiled and wished me a great day. Horribly fake. Horrible service. Luckily I went somewhere else and have just purchased 3 wigs from a wig shop that was friendly and not 2 stuck up sales assistants. Please remember, customers pay your wages not the other way around. I strongly DO NOT recommend this shop.

        Louise was so helpful and responsive in advising on which wigs we should purchase, and also in the aftercare of the products we bought. All the products purchased were of great quality and exactly as Louise had advised. Her knowledge, patience, kindness and customer service is second to none.

        I was made to feel very relaxed when I visited Aderans hair centre and liked being able to be seen in a private consultation room. The centre is light and airy whilst still being discreet from the street. Gary Price took me through all the options available to me whilst also giving me advice on what style and colour of hair would best suit my face shape and skin tone. I was fitted for a custom made human hair wig and the process was very thorough to ensure it would fit correctly. I am over the moon with the finished product. Despite the hair being the longest I have ever worn it feels so light on my head and looks so natural. I really liked the personal service I received and enjoyed the whole process of helping to design my new wig with Gary's expert help.
