Seasons Bayswater Bistrot

This place serves one of the freshest seafood restaurant. It has those caught of the day special menu for those who want at the price of the day. We went for their fixed menu like the black octopus burger which was pretty different from the other burgers that I usually have. Tasted wonderful! Salmon tartare was alright, presentation top notch but the flavour just wasnt to my liking. Truffle chips definitely wowed me. Overall, I think its a fantastic restaurant and would recommend others to come. Price bit at the higher end.

Food was plain, and for the price quite expensive. Food took very long to come. Don't expect to blown away. I would choose something else. We ordered mix grill - okay. Lobster pasta - lobster was very dry. Monkfish, plain af. One of our pasta was watery. There is a reason they do 50% deal. With discount maybe a 3 star.

Quite disappointing sadly. One dish was good, the other dish came out barely warm and extremely salty, couldnt even finish it. Should have known when seeing the restaurant completely empty on a weekend evening.

Do not think the restaurant deserve 4.4 stars. We do not recommend anyone to go because of the service and the food quality. I went with two of my friends last Saturday without a reservation. There was only one server for the entire restaurant. First of all, we were not served bread unlike the other tables even after we ask. It took 40min for the first dish to arrive! The portion of the food is very small, and the pasta were very salty. Hope the restaurant can hire few more people and the kitchen can improve.
