New coffee shop off of Westbourne grove. They are a little shop that sells beauty products, veggies, bread, pastries and some ready meals.

Always looks pretty and organic walking past and I like the concept but the lack of care and consideration for allergies is completely reckless. I asked what alternative milk they have for the coffee and I was told oat or 'delicious whole milk from the farm' I replied 'oat please as I am very allergic to milk', I then double checked 'both coffees are oat yes'?. I collected the coffees to find that as soon as I sipped mine my mouth started itching and my throat started to tingle I brought the coffee back in to the barista who confirmed it was regular milk (!!) This is just not acceptable for this day and age. There is far more knowledge and awareness on allergies these days and restaurants and cafes have a duty of care to make sure they don't poison their patrons. Luckily I live within a few minutes of the shop so I can get to my medication quickly but this will ultimately cost me my day of feeling wretched - with just ONE sip, it could have meant a day and night in hospital . I urge Spring to Go to take more care and have more respect for peoples allergies. I will not be back, there are other cafes in the same neighbourhood that have more options and take more care with allergies.

Always want to like this place. Never do! Fruit and vegetable always over. Today walking in with my mother, the proprietor stood surly and in the way making no effort to move so we could move past. The cakes were melting. Coffee isnt good. Even for London extortionate prices for relatively dull food. 4 for a hot cross bun todays price marker!
