Matt was really good, really knowledgeable and takes a wholistic approach as opposed to targeting direct symptoms. I had strained an ankle and it turns out my sitting posture at work was also making the ankle sprain worse. Wouldn't have figured that out without Matt's help. Will definitely visit again.

Matt was fantastic from day 1! He already boasts a huge range of knowledge on techniques new and old, but then spends his down time with a book in hand and learning more. I originally went to Matt with an issue in my shoulder which was causing me huge discomfort. After just a few sessions I was pain free and a few weeks after that I was almost back to full capacity. His approach to treatment is all encompassing, with a unique ability to diagnose on the smallest scale all the while focusing on the bigger picture. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and will certainly be returning......although fingers crossed I won't have to.
