Personally prefer ballet/pilates workout to Barre. The instructors are professional but prefer more interactions with new comers.

I have purchased different passes throughout time and I can say that in the past they had a wide timetable in good facilities. Right now the timetable is limited and there is no one at reception. I booked a class at 12:30 pm. I arrived at 12:27 and the door was shut. I rang the bell and called the studio with no one answering. Given that these are slightly on the expensive side, I would expect teachers to check the list in advance and pay attention to the door until 12:30 when the class is due to commence. Their customer service and class quality have gone done for sure.

Such a shame, the receptionist clearly setting a bad vibe immediately for customers. The ladies doing the classes are good but wouldn't recommend after rude receptionist. She isn't even on time for customers as per below review from others. Do not recommend

Always such a good workout. Instructors are fantastic and knowledgable. Place is always nice and clean. Special shout out to the lovely Lucy who is an absolute gem.

Ive enjoyed visiting while traveling in London (taking several classes). The location was convenient, the studio is nice, the staff was friendly and the workout was challenging. It reminded me of my home barre studio in the states. Classes are small and not too overwhelming. Showers and other amenities. Instructors are thorough and provide detailed instruction. Highly recommend to locals and visitors.
