        I make a booking and cancelled 8 days before and received email confirming. Two weeks later The Cow took 60 from my credit card. I visited and was told it would be dealt with - I left three voice mails and sent four emails with copy of their cancellation confirmation. They appear to be avoiding refunding me as no reply to date.
