Warning do not use this place! They ruined a very expensive top and refused to refund or compensate me. This has happened to multiple people I know!

The worst service Ive ever received. They ruined a 400 pound top and made me pay for the rest clean and refused to provide a refund or compensation

***Do Not Use this place*** Checked in my Burberry jacket worth 2,200 and came back to collect it admittedly after 3 months. They could not find my jacket and said they would call but never did. So I return today as Ive moved homes and was told its been given away although more like stolen in my eyes. It only takes a call to a customer to kindly remind them that their item requires collecting before disposing or taken by them. Im absolutely upset by the lack of care and service. So be aware as they will take advantage of using the 3 month period to take valuable goods. Terrible service and poor empathy. What makes it worst is they implied that I may have mistaken the wrong dry cleaners like I was mad or delusional. Unfortunately I always give companies and businesses the benefit of the doubt to recover themselves as Ive worked in customer service so it disappointing to upload a bad review but the way this was handled was unacceptable and the gentleman couldnt care less but to point at the 3 month sign. Its a great shame and wouldnt want anyone to experience this service. Service: Organic dry cleaning
