Great store with competitive prices and no hidden costs. I bought a Trek MTB from Balfes online and the delivery was quick and convenient. The reward point system is very transparent. I bought a front light from the reward points recently. Great service, both online and offline. Quick to respond and very helpful:) 100% recommended!

Great place, been trying to fit tight new tyres onto my tubeless rims for the last two days, ran out of patience and took it to these guys as Im riding tomorrow and it was sorted within 5 minutes! Will definitely be returning for whatever I need for my bikes next, excellent work and friendly service!

I came in for a repair because my back wheel didn't turn. It turned out to be a quick fix and the guys here were kind enough to not charge me. The whole experience made me feel really welcomed. 10/10 would recommendation them when you're in Notting Hill.
