The worst service in the whole London. I bought the wasteless bread in South Kensingtons branch of Gails. They didnt have the slicer and mentioned that I would need tot try with the other branches. On the same day I was in the neighbourhood of Westbourne Grove. I took the same bread to have it sliced there. I often buy their breads. The person at the counter refused without even looking at it. The bag had Gails logo and the bread itself is hard to mistaken for something else as its the Wasteless Sourdough. The manager was not present on the site to help. Appaling service and pure stupidity with lack of common sense. Useless!

Very bad attitude from the staff. The lady who served me she didnt even say if I needed help or anything. Even when I bought the bread and said thank you, she didnt even make an effort to do eye contact or say a nice thing is response. This is last time going to this place.

Great location with tasty croissants. Coffee was average. There was lots of variety of foods however when I saw the last ham and cheese croissant go I asked if there was any more. The answer was NO. I was able to choose a close substitute but the staff was not apologetic or suggestive just NO. Luckily I made a good choice. With so many cafes in the area, customer service can set you apart! Maybe next time.
