        Always have to wait. Either stock not arrived or not enough in stock. So you have to return and wait again. Staff friendly.

        I dread having to collect my monthly prescription from here. Today there were four staff in there but only one serving and six people queuing. I was lucky this time to be second in the queue but still it took 10 minutes to acquire my prescription which was ready hanging up. This I'm afraid is par for the course. Surely, if there are customers waiting, one of the other three could come and serve!
