        Excellent customer service! Richard ensured the process was smooth when I purchased my vehicle and he was extremely patient on the day - even stayed past closing time as I had some delays; I was very grateful. Oak Garage have reliable cars and I hope when it is time to change my vehicle again I can return and buy from there again

        Brought a car from Richard in November after seeing it on the website..turning up at the garage as a bit of a damsel in distress Richard was extremely helpful. I test drove the car paid my deposit and went back a week later to collect. Just last week I had a problem with the car...this was fixed without charge and quickly. I cant fault this garage...excellent customer service and prepared to help a ditsy blonde! Thank you so much guys for your help.

        Hey, I have just received my car from Rich of Oak Garages in Shrewsbury. I cannot fault the customer service that I have received. I have never had such a smooth system of buying a car. I took a risk, as I only saw the pictures on his websites, read all the info and was brave enough to say yes, I want that car. Rich drove from Shrewsbury to my village, just outside Hertford. I had a good look around the car, had a test drive and completed the sale. Such a genuine guy, thank you.
